PGA Tour pro Billy Horschel advocated for Tiger Woods to be added to the list of the Mount Rushmore of athletes this century. Woods enjoyed a successful career and has won 15 major events.

On Friday, baseball analyst Jon Heyman shared a post on his X (formerly Twitter) account along with a caption:

“Novak Djokovic is on the Mount Rushmore of athletes this century. Brady, LeBron, Ohtani. And don’t @ me.”

Horschel, who has eight wins on the PGA Tour, reacted to it by resharing the post on his X account with a caption:

“A guy by the name of Tiger would like a word.”

Tiger Woods is among the most successful golfers in the world and has won 82 PGA Tour events. However, in the last few years, because of injuries, he has limited his outings.

Woods has not played in any official PGA Tour event in the last season. In fact, his last outing was at The Open Championship 2024, where he missed the cut.

The American golfer turned 50 last month, and with that, he is now also eligible to play on the PGA Tour Champions. It would be interesting to see how things will unfold for him in 2026.

Meanwhile, Billy Horschel started his 2026 season at the Sony Open in Hawaii and settled in 74th place. He then played at the American Express and carded the four rounds of 64, 69, 72, and 66 to settle in a tie for 27th place.

Tiger Woods shares excitement about partnership with Arthur Blank

Tiger Woods’ TGR Foundation has turned 30, and earlier this month, he celebrated his birthday and also the anniversary of his foundation at a party held at The Breakers. NFL team Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank had attended the party and donated a $20 million grant to the foundation to help in the making of a new learning lab in Atlanta.

Woods shared a post on his X (formerly Twitter) account on Jan. 15 to talk about the partnership. He shared a picture with Blank on the red carpet of his birthday bash. The caption talked about the learning labs. He wrote:

“I’m excited to partner with my friend Arthur Blank and the @BlankFoundation to bring a TGR Learning Lab to Atlanta. Together, we’ll build on my @TGRFound’s impact over the last 30 years and provide more students in Atlanta with opportunities to learn, grow, and chase after their dreams.”

While Tiger Woods is not playing these days, he often makes headlines for his public appearances. Earlier this month, he was by the side of his TGL team, Jupiter Golf Links, to cheer for them. The second season of the tech-infused series started last month.
