NFL DRAFT 2025: WHEN RACE AND POWER COLLIDE – THE SHADEUR SANDERS CASE AND THE CONSPIRACY OF TEAM OWNERS
In a world where white billionaires hold ultimate power and absolute control, Shadeur Sanders – the son of NFL legend Deion “Prime Time” Sanders – has become the latest victim of a power play that few dare to speak out about: a conspiracy to “educate” and “take down” a black family that dares to challenge the NFL’s status quo.
As many as 31 of the 32 NFL teams are currently run by white owners, and according to multiple sources, these owners got together in a “secret Ku Klux Klan-style meeting” to decide to “teach the Sanders family a lesson.”
As prominent activist Dr. Umar Johnson stated:
“I believe all 32 NFL team owners, executives, and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell got together in a secret KKK-style meeting and they decided to humiliate, demean, and destroy both Deion Sanders and his son, Shadeur Sanders, on Draft Day.”

While Shadeur Sanders is ranked as the second-best quarterback in the
2025 Draft class behind Caleb Williams, he has been inexplicably passed over by teams. Five other quarterbacks — all of whom many pundits viewed as inferior to Shadeur in terms of both performance and potential — were selected before Shadeur was eventually drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the fifth round at No. 144 overall.
As if being passed over by teams wasn’t enough to hurt, Shadeur Sanders was also subjected to a cruel prank when a caller pretended to be New Orleans Saints General Manager Mickey Loomis, promising to draft him with the next pick, only to end the call with “but you’ll have to wait a little longer.”
The caller was later identified as Jax Ulbrich, the 21-year-old son of Atlanta Falcons defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich. Although Jax apologized on Instagram, the incident begs the question: Was this part of a larger plot to humiliate the Sanders family? And why was the son of an NFL employee allowed to have the personal phone number of a draftee?
One undeniable fact of this story is how confident, outspoken black athletes are often punished for behaviors that are celebrated when white athletes do them. As one fan put it:
“This is a classic case of how black athletes, especially those who are confident and outspoken, are punished for behaviors that are celebrated when white athletes do them.”
Sports analysts have long pointed out that black quarterbacks are often judged more harshly on “attitude,” “intelligence,” and “leadership,” while white quarterbacks with the same personality are considered “personality” or “competitive.”
As Deion Sanders watched his son get passed round after round, his emotions were broken. In a heartbreaking moment captured on camera, he shared:
“I know what’s going on… I like to have hope and I trust God, but this is not from God, this is from the devil.”
Sources close to the Sanders family revealed that behind his calm exterior, Deion was “furious” and believed this was a deliberate attempt to “silence him, keep him in his place, and remind him that no matter how good you are, you still have to play by the rules of the league.”
In a cryptic post on X, Deion wrote: “A lie doesn’t care who tells it or repeats it, its purpose is to be heard. The truth can be right in front of you for years and years and you don’t see it because a lie is in your mind. The truth may not be as popular as a lie, but the truth always wins in the end.”
NFL officials were quick to deny the allegations of racial bias. ESPN Draft analyst Todd McShay claimed that the main issue was Shadeur’s “attitude” in interviews with teams:
“Shadeur has made some teams unhappy with his attitude… I’ve been told by two different sources that the conversation with the New York Giants and Coach Brian Daboll did not go well.”
Meanwhile, NFL Network reporter Tom Pelissero suggested that Deion Sanders and Shadeur’s management team were to blame for trying to “impose” and “direct” the clubs on selecting Shadeur:
“Throughout the pre-draft process, Shadeur Sanders acted as if he was directing the clubs where he would go, not how the draft works, which is the opposite.”
