Anna Kalinskaya says Holger Rune slid into her DM 10 times: He does this to everyone

Anna Kalinskaya made quite a revelation when asked if male tennis players were showing interest in dating her as she claimed that Holger Ruen slid into her DM “10 times” before also adding that the 22-year-old “writes to everyone.”

A couple of years ago, Kalinskaya – who is now 26 years old – dated Kyrgios. After the Russian tennis star’s love story with Kyrgios finished, she publicly confirmed her relationship with Jannik Sinner in 2024 May. Earlier this year, the two confirmed that they were no longer together.

Appearing on the First&Red Channel, Kalinskaya was asked to reveal if she had been getting interest from ATP players since her split with Sinner. The world No. 32 went on to reveal that she is not getting as many messages from male players as before, but also shared that Rune was pretty persistent.

Kalinskaya: Rune wrote 10 times and then gave up… He writes to everyone

“Tennis players — more often before. Now I’m older. I don’t know, for some, it’s just no chance at all. No need to write. Someone wrote like 10 times and then gave up. I’ll say it now, but Holger Rune. He writes to everyone. He deserves all this. Thinks too much of himself. But he’s not the only one. A couple [more],” the 26-year-old Russian WTA star said on the First&Red Channel.

Before Kalinskaya, Veronika Kudermetova made a similar claim about Rune during a podcast appearance in July.

“Rune recently texted me. I told him, ‘Boy, I’m probably too old for you. If you looked at my Instagram, you’d see I have a husband.’ He replied, ‘Oh, sorry.’ After that, he stopped saying hi to me,” Kudermetova said at the time.
