Puka Nacua confirmed the birth of his baby after his ex-girlfriend Hallie Aiono shared the news on Thursday.

About 14 hours later, Puka posted 12 photos from his 2025 NFL season on Instagram. But the 13th photo showed he was in the hospital holding his newborn. The baby’s face was hidden.

“Always felt like my vision been bigger than the bigger picture,” he wrote in the caption.

Rams teammate Davante Adams commented with a fingers-crossed emoji. According to Collins Dictionary, that means “hope for good luck.”

Earlier that day, Hallie Aiono had announced the birth of their son, Kingston. She posted a photo of her and Puka with the baby in the hospital.

In the second slide, she added short clips from her pregnancy.

Nacua’s ex-girlfriend also penned an emotional note in the caption.

“Kingston, I prayed for this day, the day I finally got to meet you,” she wrote. “There has never been a doubt of who you are and what you mean to us. And now you’re here, proof that even in the hardest seasons, miracles still find their way. Already, you’ve taught me more about love, strength, and grace than I ever knew possible. You’ve blessed my life beyond measure. My heart is forever changed. You are my why, my sweet boy.🩵

Nacua replied to her post, writing:

“Proud of you Hal! Welcome King.❤️‍🩹”

The couple is still dealing with a paternity case.

Aiono filed it in June, asking the court to officially name Nacua as the father, give her full physical custody, share legal decisions, and help cover costs for the pregnancy, birth, and legal fees.

Sarah Jane Ramos, Dak Prescott’s fiancée, liked it. So did Sidney Moore, DJ Moore’s wife.

Sydney Warner, Fred Warner’s wife, liked it too.

Madeline Turjan, Will Sheppard’s girlfriend, also hit like along with Rams TE Terrance Ferguson’s wife Sophia Michele.

Erica Donald, Aaron Donald’s wife, joined in as well.

Puka Nacua started dating Hallie Aiono in 2021, while he was a student at Brigham Young University (BYU).

Nacua is having a standout 2025 season with the Rams, racking up 616 receiving yards and 54 catches in just 6 games.
