Jared Goff and his wife, Christen Harper Goff, welcomed their first child, daughter Romy, in July. The new mom has documented her daughter’s milestones the last few months and recently enjoyed the season of autumn.
On Thursday, Christen Goff shared a photo of her daughter, Romy, lying on a blanket. The leaves scattered across the ground and the color changing leaves made for an ideal fall backdrop for her daughter’s first fall.
In September, Christen Harper Goff and Romy made their first trip to Ford Field for her daughter’s first home game. The mother-daughter duo matched in their Jared Goff Detroit Lions jerseys.

Jared Goff revealed family’s costume theme ahead of daughter’s first Halloween
Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff was a guest on the Week 8 edition of ESPN2’s “The Manningcast.” During the episode which took place just days before Halloween, Peyton and Eli Manning asked Jared Goff about his costume theme this year.
He then revealed that Disney’s animated film, “Ratatouille,” was the inspiration for their first Halloween as a family of three.
“I’m gonna be a chef this year and my brand new daughter is a mouse like Ratatouille. So she’s up in my hat helping me cook. Then my wife, Christen, is also gonna be a mouse for the Halloween party. Baby won’t be there, so it’ll work just as well,” Goff said on “The Manningcast.”
During the episode, the Manning’s also revealed some of Jared and Christen Goff’s past Halloween theories. They couple has take on “Willy Wonka” and “Talladega Nights” in recent years.
The Goff’s announced they were expecting their first child at the NFL Honors Ceremony in New Orleans, Louisiana in February. At the time the Detroit Lions quarterback expressed his excitement for his next chapter as a father.
They began dating in 2019 and got engaged while vacation in 2022. They tied the knot in Ojai, California in an intimate ceremony in front of friends and family in June 2024.
