Adams has been in a relationship with the Lions wide receiver for a decade. The couple first connected as sophomores at Servite High School in Anaheim, California, when they were paired for an English class assignment.

Adams finished nursing school in August 2024 after years of long-distance dating while St. Brown built his NFL career.

The couple purchased a Michigan home together following her move from Orange County, California. Adams stayed in California to complete her nursing degree after St. Brown was drafted by Detroit in 2021.

Adams maintains an active social media presence with over 100,000 followers on TikTok. Her posts frequently feature St. Brown. One Christmas dance clip showing his touchdown celebrations garnered six million views.

Adams posted photos from a date night after the Lions’ Week 10 victory over Washington, with the couple wearing matching black outfits.
