A fan video shows Caleb Surratt having a close shave with the crowd at the 2025 Crown Australian Open. The LIV golfer played at the recently completed DP World Tour event.

A video of the event has been shared by a fan on TikTok, which showed a mishit by the American golfer. The video was shared by golf analyst John Turbull on his X (formerly Twitter) account with a caption:

“This video of Caleb Surratt from the Australian Open at the weekend…”

Caleb Surratt had played a round of 70 on Sunday and jumped two spots on the leaderboard. He settled in a tie for eighth place at 9-under. Meanwhile, Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen has won the 2025 Crown Australian Open. He registered a one-stroke win over Cam Smith. He played the four rounds of 67, 66, 66, and 70 in the event.


Caleb Surratt shares a heartfelt message after the Australian Open

Caleb Surratt started his outing at the Crown Australian Open with an opening round of 70. He then carded the next round of 66, followed by the two more rounds of 69 and 70. He settled with a score of 9-under.

Following the event, Surratt shared a few pictures of his outing with a long caption in which he opened up about his outing in Australia. He wrote:

“What a special week in Australia! Finished the year with a 8th place at the Australian Open! Felt like my game and mindset has been solid from tee to green the last few weeks — just never found that one spark to really get it going on the weekends. Still, I’m so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to compete at Royal Melbourne and on the @dpworldtour this week!

“It was one of the purest, most demanding, and most unforgettable tests of golf I’ve played all year – with some of the best fans in golf as well!! Check it off the bucket list! @ausopengolf 🇦🇺🦘Looking back on my second year as a pro, I’m excited with the strides I’ve made through every high, low, and learning moment,” he added.

Caleb Surratt had an amazing time playing in the LIV Golf in 2025. Moreover, he also played in a few DP World Tour events. On the LIV Golf, he started the season in Riyadh and played the three rounds of 66, 67, and 71.

He settled in 11th position. Some of his notable finishes of this season are T19 at the Singapore event, T11 at the Mexico Open, third at the United Kingdom, and T17 at the Indianapolis event. On the DP World Tour, he played at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship and was tied for 32nd place. He played the three rounds of 69, 70, and 69.
