Jena Sims gave a glimpse of how she plans to spend her upcoming weekend after posting a fitness update on Friday, December 12. The model and entrepreneur, who has 333,000 Instagram followers, often posts pictures of her daily routine on social media.

Sims shared a clip from the gym while she was midway through her workout. She lay on a blue exercise mat, performing a leg-raise and crunch variation with small pink dumbbells in her hands. She wore a bright pink sports bra along with neon green workout shorts. She captioned the story:

“Ready for a wonderful wine and workout weekend,” and tagged her personal trainer and nutritionist, Olivia Figueroa.

Figueroa is one of Sims’ close friends and regularly appears in her posts. The two also traveled together earlier this year. In July, Sims and Figueroa took a trip to Tuscany, Italy, where they enjoyed an authentic local wine-tasting experience. Sims shared a video from the visit in which the duo sampled various wines and jokingly added:

Sims is enjoying some downtime at the moment, taking a break from her busy schedule. Before sharing her weekend plans, she also gave fans a quick look at her Christmas decorations at home, offering an early highlight of her holiday mood.

Jena Sims gave fans a peek at her early Christmas decorations. She posted a heartwarming video featuring her son Crew, with a sweet caption.

The clip showed Crew coming down the staircase before wandering over to the Christmas trees placed around their home. He wore a simple white T-shirt with green shorts while curiously taking in the decorations.

“Christmas through his eyes is the most magical thing I’ve ever seen, and we are only 3 days in,” Sims wrote alongside the video.

While Sims has already begun decorating her home for Christmas, she and her husband, Brooks Koepka, also made an appearance at Hannah’s Home of South Florida event last week. Sims wore a blue dress with a heart-shaped cutout at the back and paired it with custom-designed boots, completing her look with a sleek bun. Koepka opted for a casual outfit that included a black T-shirt, blue denim pants, and white sneakers.
