
Jim Harbaugh’s daughter, Grace Harbaugh, skipped the usual Christmas vibe this year and spent the holiday at the beach instead.
She posted Instagram stories on Thursday showing a surfboard standing in the sand under a bright blue sky and the ocean behind it. Grace captioned it with “Merry Surfinas” and added surfing, heart and Santa emojis.
Another story featured a small Christmas tree on the beach. It was decorated with red ornaments, white garland and a big red bow.

Grace is the daughter of the LA Chargers coach and Miah Harbaugh. She played Division I water polo for the University of Michigan, making her comfortable around the ocean.
Her Christmas post came just weeks after she showed support for her family in football. Grace attended the Seattle Seahawks’ Week 14 game against the Atlanta Falcons at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
She posted a photo from the game and wrote, “Go Seahawks,” cheering for her brother, Jay Harbaugh. Seattle won 37-9.
Jay is working as the special teams coordinator of the franchise. He joined the Seahawks in February 2024 after working nine seasons with the Michigan Wolverines.

Grace Harbaugh went back to a place that means a lot to her family. She posted a photo of Michigan stadium on Oct. 2.
“Home!!!! 💛💙,” Harbaugh wrote on Instagram.
The stadium is closely tied to her father’s career. Jim Harbaugh was the coach of the Wolverines for almost a decade and helped turn the program into one of the best in college football.
He was hired in December 2014 and coached Michigan from 2015 to 2023. Harbaugh finished with an 86-25 record and won three straight Big Ten titles from 2021 to 2023. He also led the Wolverines to an unbeaten season and a national championship in 2023. Harbaugh and the Michigan defeated Ohio State in three consecutive years during that stretch.
Harbaugh left the program and returned to the NFL after winning the national titl,. He became the Chargers coach in 2024.
