Paige Spiranac flaunts white crop top as she reveals her “goal for 2026”

Paige Spiranac shared her goal for 2026 with her fans on Instagram. The American former professional golfer posted a reel on Tuesday, January 6, where she was seen practicing her golf swing.

In the video she wore a white sleeveless zip-front crop top paired with high-waisted off-white leggings. Spiranac explained what she wants to work on in the caption.

“Goal for 2026 is to fix my early wrist release⛳️,” she wrote.

The post followed another video she shared at the start of the new year where she spoke about committing more time to golf content.

“Here’s to more golf in 2026🚀,” she wrote in that earlier post.

Paige Spiranac began her golf journey as an amateur in 2010 but was unable to secure an LPGA Tour card. While her playing career did not continue at the professional level she has remained closely connected to the sport through media and digital content.

She has previously spoken openly about why she stepped away from competitive golf. In August last year she shared a video on X where she explained that anxiety played a major role in her decision.

“One of the reasons why I stopped playing golf professionally was that I just could never get over the golf course anxiety. And I would just feel that my mind always won and I was weak and I could just never overcome that feeling,” Spiranac said.

Today Paige Spiranac is one of golf’s most recognizable online personalities. She is part of the PGA Tour Creator Council and has taken part in two editions of the Creator Classic hosted by the PGA Tour.

Paige Spiranac encourages beginners to take up golf during the winter

Paige Spiranac believes winter is a good time for new players to start learning golf. The former professional golfer shared her thoughts while speaking to SI Lifestyle explaining that colder months can actually make the sport feel more approachable for beginners.

Spiranac pointed out that many people assume golf is not possible in winter especially in cold or snowy regions. She said indoor golf simulators offer an easy way to get started without the pressure that often comes with stepping onto a real course for the first time.

“The winter is the perfect time to pick up the game if you’re just starting. A lot of people live in cold, snowy areas, and you think you can’t get out on the course. But there are a lot of great indoor simulator options where you can learn the game without feeling like you’re being judged,” Spiranac said.

Paige Spiranac regularly shares golf tips and instructional content on social media where she has 4 million followers on Instagram and another 1.7 million on TikTok. She also posts golf-related content on her Passes platform.

As a brand ambassador for X-Golf, Spiranac said simulators create a relaxed setting for beginners to learn the basics with help from professionals.

“You can start by taking lessons. You can start by going into the simulator with your friends or family. [It’s] a really easy way to kind of introduce yourself into golf,” she said.

Spiranac added that winter is not just useful for beginners. She said experienced golfers can also use the off-season to work on their game and prepare for the summer months ahead.
