Tiger Woods turned 50 amid his long absence from the PGA Tour events and the majors. To celebrate his birthday, the legendary golfer would soon host an invite-only party featuring some popular icons like Jon Bon Jovi.

On January 14, Woods will celebrate his 50th birthday party at The Breakers in Palm Beach. The 15-time major champion’s party will feature some popular golfers and Hollywood A-listers. American singer, songwriter, and guitarist Bon Jovi is set to headline the event.

Front Office Sports shared the update on X and wrote:

Take a look at Front Office Sports’ X post:

Apart from Bon Jovi, the party is scheduled to feature other icons like PGA Tour pro Justin Thomas, Joe LaCava, who has been Tiger Woods’ caddie in the past, and Football legend Michael Strahan. Guests have been urged to arrive with “a touch of red” on their outfit, and they will be served a dinner that’s crafted based on Woods’ past Masters Champions Dinner menus.

Bon Jovi is scheduled to perform at Tiger Woods’ exclusive Birthday celebration party this month; however, it would not be the first time the rock powerhouse performed at Woods’ event.

When Tiger Woods shared his take on Bon Jovi after he performed in the 6th edition of Tiger Jam Benefit Concert

In 2003, Jon Bon Jovi and the Goo Goo Dolls were scheduled to perform at the annual Tiger Jam benefit concert. The sixth edition of the musical experience was on April 19, 2003, at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.

In a statement, Tiger Woods talked about having Jovi on board for the concert and also shared his longstanding admiration for the musician. The 82x PGA Tour winner stated (quoted via Billboard):

“Tiger Jam has had outstanding talent every year, and we’ve continued that tradition with Bon Jovi. I grew up listening to Bon Jovi, and I’m really looking forward to seeing them live. It means a lot to me that Jon and the guys have joined in my efforts to support today’s youth through Tiger Jam.”

In 2007, the Tiger Jam marked its tenth year with Bon Jovi performing in the benefit concert at the Mandalay Bay Events Center. In a presser, Woods later revealed that he was thrilled to celebrate the tenth year of Tiger Jam with Jovi. The world-class golfer also stated that having the rockstar headline the event was an honor for him.
