Skip Bayless’ wife, Ernestine Sclafani, spoke about Tom Brady’s personal life on Thursday. She said the legendary quarterback may still be struggling after his divorce from Gisele Bündchen, and that the dating rumors around Brady stem from jealousy.

“I think that Tom is jealous that Gisele (Bündchen) moved on from him really fast,” Sclafani said (Timestamp: 0:33), via “Skip vs. Ernestine.”

“Not only started dating the man she married, now she also had a child with him. So, apparently she is very happy and she is in love. And I think it burned his a*s. And now he’s trying to get back at her. And I don’t think she really cares. If she cared, she would have stayed with him.”

Brady was with Alix Earle at a New Year’s Eve party in St. Barts, dancing close together. She leaned in to whisper to Brady and also rubbed his back. The seven-time Super Bowl champion put his arm around her waist at one point.

Ernestine also said Brady’s life has not been the same as his prime NFL days when he reigned in the NFL.

“Tom Brady is he’s not the Tom Brady he once was,” Sclafani said. “Now he’s a Fox analyst. It is not the same as being the quarterback of the Patriots where everybody was staring at him and he was with Giselle and they were the it couple and she was the supermodel and he was the gorgeous, you know, football player.”

Earle confirmed her breakup with Houston Texans wide receiver Braxton Berrios on Dec. 13. Brady was married to Bündchen from 2009 to 2022, and they share two children, Benjamin and Vivian.

Bündchen married fitness trainer Joaquim Valente in a private ceremony on Dec. 3.

A June 2025 report said Brady was casually dating model Irina Shayk. Meanwhile, the Daily Mail reported in July 2023 that the he and Kim Kardashian were “super flirty with each other” at Michael Rubin’s Hamptons party.

Skip Bayless and his wife, Ernestine Sclafani, shared their thoughts on how Tom Brady looks now after retiring.

“Once he left football, I don’t know who this guy is,” Bayless said.

Sclafani agreed.

“He doesn’t even look the same,” Sclafani said.

Bayless added that she often calls Brady “sort of a Frankenstein,” and his wife said he’s likely had some cosmetic surgery done to his face.

“I guess he’s done a lot of work,” Sclafani said. “I don’t know. Filler or Botox or what, but he just doesn’t seem he doesn’t look like the guy that was on the field.”

Brady retired after 23 seasons. He won six Super Bowl titles with the Patriots and one with the Buccaneers.
