Charley Hull is one of the key faces of Malbon Golf, and the brand has now added another familiar name to its ambassador list. Michael Block has signed a deal with Malbon Golf joining Hull, Anthony Kim, Jason Day and Fred Couples.

The announcement was shared on Sunday, January 11 by golf analytics Josh Carpenter who posted a short clip introducing Block as the brand’s newest representative.

Block is an American professional golfer who spent most of his career working as a club professional in Southern California. He rose to prominence at the 2023 PGA Championship where he made the cut and finished tied for 15th at the age of 46. He also recorded the only hole-in-one of the tournament during the final round. The result earned him an automatic spot in the following year’s PGA Championship.

Last season Block made only two PGA Tour starts, at the PGA Championship and the Charles Schwab Challenge. He missed the cut in both events.

Charley Hull opens up about her 2025 season and injury struggles

Charley Hull recently reflected on her 2025 season during an appearance on The Lads Golf, where she spoke about her form, injuries and overall progress. When Jason Day asked how the year had gone Hull said she was happy with how things turned out.

“I had a really good season to be fair. I came out obviously second with the British Open, and managed to get a win in as well after that, coming back from an injury. I’ve been pretty consistent…I’ve been finishing pretty much top 20 at every week.”

She also revealed how one of her injuries occurred saying it happened in an unexpected way.

“I was playing golf when that injury happened,” she said. “It was a week after the British Open, and I was at a car park at Centurion and just fell over. It was pretty crazy.”

When asked about her recovery, Charley Hull provided a brief update.

“The ankle’s fine, but the back’s still rehabbing that,” she said.

Despite the fitness concerns, Charley Hull produced one of her best seasons on tour. She climbed to No. 5 in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings and won her third LPGA Tour title at the Kroger Queen City Championship.

She made 16 starts during the year and missed only two cuts. Hull also recorded four top-10 finishes and remained in contention at several big events, including a runner-up finish at the AIG Women’s Open.

Health issues interrupted her season at times, with withdrawals from the Evian Championship due to illness and the PIF London Championship because of an ankle injury. Still, she returned to action and ended the year with strong results.
