Zo Caswell, who is engaged to Cleveland Browns quarterback Dillon Gabriel, had a scary moment. On Saturday, Caswell posted on Instagram that she broke her tooth. She shared a selfie while sitting in a dentist’s chair.

Caswell had a dental bib on and a doctor wearing blue clothes and a face mask stood next to her. She said she felt lucky because the dentist fixing her tooth was her dad.

“Breaking your tooth out of your mouth ❌. Having a dentist dad ✅,” Caswell captioned the post.

After that, Caswell shared more pictures on her Instagram story. One photo showed two colorful drinks on a counter with a beach in the background.

“Home,” the third story’s caption read.

Caswell grew up in Hawaii.

In another post, Caswell shared a photo of Gabriel with two kids she called “Da braddahs.”

Gabriel flew to Hawaii on Saturday, based on his own Instagram posts.

The Hawaii trip happened while on the “Ultimate Cleveland Sports Show,” former NFL player Tyvis Powell said the team should move on from him.

“I do believe Shedeur will be there, and Deshaun Watson will be there. Those two are guarantees. I think they have seen enough of Dillon and will move on,” Powell said. [Time Stamp- 1:18]

The Browns picked Gabriel in the third round of the 2025 NFL draft with the No. 94 pick. On Aug. 26, 2025, the team said he would be the backup quarterback behind Joe Flacco. Gabriel played his first NFL game in Week 2 against the Baltimore Ravens on Sept. 14, 2025.

Later, Cleveland named Dillon Gabriel the starting quarterback for Week 5 on Oct. 1, replacing Flacco. He made his first start on Oct. 5 against the Minnesota Vikings in London.

His season took a bad turn in Week 11, when he got a concussion against the Ravens on Nov. 16. Gabriel felt unwell at halftime and could not return to the game under NFL rules.

Shedeur Sanders played in the second half for the first time in the regular season.

The Browns ended the 2025 season with a 3-14 record, the worst in the AFC North.

Dillon Gabriel is going to marry Zo Caswell in 2026. The happy news came out after photos from their engagement shoot were shared on Instagram by Hawaii-based photographer Christie Pham in October 2025.

“This engagement session was very special for me. I’ve been photographing Zo Caswell and her family since she was just a little girl, and watching her grow into this beautiful woman has been such a joy. I’m so looking forward to documenting Zoe & Dillon’s wedding next year!” Pham wrote.

Caswell replied to the post, saying,

“We love you!!”

Gabriel and Caswell have been together since middle school. They got engaged on Sept. 1 in 2024.
