On Sunday, January 18, Chris Gotterup fired a 6-under 64 in the final round of the Sony Open in Hawaii. Following the final round, he finished at 16-under and posted a two-shot win over Ryan Gerard.
As of Monday, January 19, Chris Gotterup was ranked 17th in the OWGR, while DeChambeau was ranked 28th as the highest ranked LIV Golf star. The two-time US Open champion hasn’t competed since the LIV Golf Team Championship and hasn’t played any ranking event since The Open Championship.
