Mike Tomlin stepped down as the Pittsburgh Steelers coach on Jan. 13, after 19 years with the team. Tomlin later revealed his decision stemmed from the fact that he wanted to spend more time with his family. However, according to Instagram personality Harold White, Tomlin stepped aside from coaching the Steelers amid cheating allegations. White claimed that Tomlin cheated on his wife, Kiya, with a “side woman,” who is pregnant with his child.

Amid Tomlin’s cheating scandal, TikTok user “shanasfamilyshenangians,” commonly known as Shana, has alleged that his Kiya has also been seeing someone outside of her married life. In a TikTok video Shana shared earlier this week, she claimed that Tomlin has a child with a woman named Nina Pagley.

“So allegedly, Mike Tomlin and Nina Pagley have been seeing each other for five years,” Shana said. “That Halloween video and photo is from three years ago, and it’s because they’ve been seeing each other for five years. She did end up pregnant. She did have the baby last month, and she did move to Florida, but I heard it was because Tomlin wanted her to move to Florida, because he was leaving the Steelers and taking a broadcaster position somewhere. He purchased her a home back in July of 2024 in Allegheny County West View area on Princeton Avenue. “

Shana also said that Tomlin often visits Pagley in Florida, and added that the locals are fed up with keeping their affair a secret. She then spilt the beans on Kiya’s alleged affair.

“I also heard that allegedly, Mike Tomlin’s wife, Kiya, has someone on the side also,” Shana said. “I don’t know what’s going on with these Tomlins, and I don’t understand how this has been kept a secret for five years. But what’s even stranger is if he violated a rule of misconduct with the Rooneys, why are they burying this?”

Mike and Kiya married in 1996. They have three children together: Michael Dean, Mason, and Harley.

Across 19 years with the Steelers, Mike Tomlin never posted a losing record in a season. He led the Steelers to Super Bowl success in 2009, becoming the youngest head coach (36) to win the big game at the time.

Tomlin’s Steelers made the playoffs six times in the past nine seasons, but never won a postseason game. Some believed that it was also the right decision for him to step down in the team’s best interest.

Tomlin also won eight AFC North titles with Pittsburgh, including one in his final season. However, his last game as Steelers coach was a 30-6 loss to the Houston Texans in the wild-card round.
