New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs’ girlfriend, Cardi B let her emotions take over.
Three days before the Patriots faced the Houston Texans in the AFC Divisional Round on Jan. 18, the rapper took shots at preschooler, Reese Donatelli during an Instagram Live session.
“That little white girl said we weren’t going to win, f**k that b*tch,” she shouted.
However, she quickly apologized.

“I didn’t mean to say that,” Cardi followed up.
After Reese Donatelli’s father, Anthony came across Cardi B’s NSFW rant, he left behind a comment.
“That’s my daughter… She’s 4 years old,” he wrote. This is a lighthearted, family-friendly video where she randomly picks football helmets. Please don’t direct profanity toward a child.”
Separately, in an interview with Los Angeles Times on Tuesday, Anthony set the record straight.
“It’s nuts,” he said. “She’s obviously not an NFL analyst. She’s picking teams based on the color of her dress, or she’ll pick the Packers because she likes cheese. She just relates these silly little things as reasons why she picks certain teams.”
Cardi B’s comment came after Reese, who makes weekly NFL picks with her father, Anthony, chose the Patriots to beat the Texans in her popular Instagram series called “Trust the Toddler” on Jan. 15.
In the videos, Reese picks winners by choosing small NFL helmets.
However, the series gained more popularity for wrong reasons during 2025-26 Wild Card round.
Reese went 0-for-6 in her predictions and she was labeled as “reverse jinx” by online gamblers.
Cardi seemingly feared the so-called reverse jinx.
But Reese’s prediction turned out to be correct. The Patriots won over Texans 28-16.
Reese’s father Anthony started the series four years ago to help his daughter learn colors and geography. He ordered mini helmets from Amazon to introduce Reese to NFL, a game he grew up watching with his own father.
Anthony Donatelli is a Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Stefon Diggs takes credit for turning girlfriend Cardi B into a football fan
Stefon Diggs beamed with happiness as he spoke about Cardi B’s loyalty towards Patriots.
“She’s an amazing supporter of just me and the Patriots,” Diggs said. “She wasn’t a football girl before, but I converted her over. I’m just thankful to have her in my corner.”
He also shared his interest about being with the lady rapper for long term.
“She’s an amazing woman, and (we) continue to build that relationship … you know, I don’t talk too much about my personal life,” Diggs said. “But she’s an amazing woman, and I just appreciate her. Hopefully I can build on that and watch that tree grow.”
Stefon Diggs and Cardi B welcomed their first child in November.
Cardi has three more children with her ex-husband, Offset.
Meanwhile, Diggs has five more children with his ex-partners.
