
The 2026 LIV Golf season will officially kick-start this week in Riyadh. This year, the tournament will take place in a 72-hole stroke format and will start with its opening round on Feb. 4 and will have its finale on Feb. 7.
The tournament features Bryson DeChambeau along with other big names, including Jon Rahm and more. Below are the five big-name players to watch at the LIV Golf Riyadh 2026.

#1 Bryson DeChambeau

Bryson DeChambeau is one of the most favorite players to win the 2026 LIV Golf Riyadh event, with odds of 7/1 via Todays Golfer. He had an impressive game at the event last season. He started the last season campaign in Riyadh with an opening round of 69 and then carded the next two rounds of 66 and 68, finishing tied for sixth place. Some of his other notable finishes from last season include his win at the Korea event, T2 in the Mexico City event, and T4 in the Virginia event
#2 Jon Rahm

Jon Rahm is another big name playing at the LIV Golf Riyadh event. He was the runner-up last year after playing three rounds of 67, 67, and 67. It would be interesting to see if he could get a win this season. He is the favorite to win with odds of 5/1.
#3 David Puig

David Puig is another golfer to watch at the LIV Golf Riyadh event. His odds are 10/1. Last season, the Spanish golfer was tied for sixth place at the tournament. Notably, last month he played in the Dubai Invitational and Hero Dubai Desert Classic on the DP World Tour and recorded some impressive finishes. He was tied for third at the Dubai Invitational and T7 at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic.

Sergio Garcia is also playing at the LIV Golf Riyadh event. Last week, he played at the Bahrain Championship and carded rounds of 70, 66, 68, and 68. He was tied for fourth place in the event and is looking forward to his first event on the LIV Golf schedule this season. Last year, he was tied for sixth place at the Riyadh event.
#5 Tyrrell Hatton

Another big name to watch at the LIV Golf Riyadh is Tyrrell Hatton. He played at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic last month on the DP World Tour and finished in T33 place. He played rounds of 70, 69, 76, and 71. It would be interesting to see how things will unfold for him this week. He has odds of 12/1 for this week’s event.
