New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs finds himself in more legal trouble just two days before their Super Bowl LX showdown against the New England Patriots.
According to a report by TMZ, Diggs is being sued once again. However, this time, it is by an anonymous man who is filing a lawsuit for defamation and other charges against the wide receiver.
According to the report by TMZ, this man was responsible for transporting Stefon Diggs’ Ferrari from Miami to New York and then to Houston in 2024. However, the car was stolen in Houston in what was labeled as a “sophisticated theft.”

However, while police cleared the man’s alleged involvement in the theft, Diggs allegedly told his circle that the man was responsible for the situation. He claims that this has damaged the reputation of his concierge and consulting business.
Furthermore, the plaintiff claimed that people close to the Patriots wide receiver confronted him for the theft. He also claimed that in December 2025, he was assaulted in Miami by two of Digg’s close people and suffered multiple injuries. The wide receiver’s brother was allegedly present during the incident but did nothing to stop the beatdown.
This is not the first lawsuit that Stefon Diggs has received in the past couple of months. In December, his ex-chef filed a lawsuit against him for being physical during a salary dispute. The wide receiver was charged with “felony strangulation or suffocation and misdemeanor assault and battery.”
Diggs was supposed to have an arraignment last month. However, his attorney pleaded for a delay because of the Super Bowl game. The judge agreed and he is now scheduled for arraignment this month on Feb. 13 after Super Bowl LX ends.
