Pro Football Hall of Famer Brett Favre plans to skip this year’s Super Bowl halftime show, which will be headlined by Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny. The Seattle Seahawks will face the New England Patriots in the big game on Sunday at Levi’s Stadium in San Francisco.

On Saturday, Favre responded to a fan’s question about the All-American halftime show being an alternative to this year’s Super Bowl halftime show. Favre tweeted that he won’t watch the Super Bowl halftime show because he doesn’t know much about Bad Bunny’s music.

“Not familiar with Bad Bunny so don’t know if his music is good or bad. I’m just going to watch what I know Lee Brice, Kid Rock All-American Halftime Show,” Favre tweeted.

The NFL’s decision to give Bad Bunny a platform for the Super Bowl 60 halftime show has come under scrutiny. Many have raised issues about the rapper’s personality and music style.

According to reports, Bad Bunny will perform his entire set in Spanish on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Turning Point USA’s All-American Show will include performances from Kid Rock, Brantley Gilbert, Lee Brice, and Gabby Barrett.

Earlier this week, Brett Favre shared his opinion on Bill Belichick not getting inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on his first ballot.

“You know, most of the voters are sports writers,” Favre said on his “4th and Favre” podcast. “And probably a good amount of those sports writers were shunned or didn’t get their question answered the way they wanted. Or they were not called on. And they just say, ‘I’m not voting for it.’ That’s my gut.”

Belichick won six Super Bowls across 24 seasons coaching the New England Patriots. He also won two Super Bowls as the defensive coordinator of the New York Giants.
