Matthew Stafford’s wife, Kelly, opened up about their daughters in a recent post on social media. She shared a candid snap of her daughter sleeping in a car on her Instagram story on Friday.

Kelly posted a black-and-white snap of the girl and penned a long caption in which she talked about how the girls always travel with them and their efforts.

“These girls are truly the MVPs. Every time I give them the out to skip something, they never take it. They would be there for everything, and I haven’t given them enough credit for the troopers they have been and continue to be,” Kelly wrote.

Matthew Stafford’s daughters are his big supporters, and they often travel to watch his games. He won the NFL Most Valuable Player award on Thursday, and his daughters were there at the NFL Honors show to cheer for him. In the winning speech, Stafford expressed his gratitude to his wife and daughters.

“You’re unbelievable cheerleaders for me,” he said (via ESPN). “I appreciate it. I am so happy to have you at the games on the sideline with me, and I can’t wait for you to cheer me on next year when we’re out there kicking a**.”

Stafford became the third-oldest player to receive the award.

Matthew Stafford turned 38 on Feb. 7, and on the big day, his daughters made a special card for him. Kelly Stafford offered a glimpse of the card on her Instagram account on Saturday. She shared a video of her girls making the card.

“Bday cards for daddy,” Kelly wrote.

She then offered a glimpse of the card her girls made.

Stafford and Kelly have been married since 2015. The couple was blessed with four daughters. They welcomed twins in March 2017, named Sawyer and Chandler. A year later, they were blessed with another girl, Hunter, and then Tyler in 2020.
