DeMarcus Lawrence inquired about his wife, Sasha, after winning the 2026 Super Bowl Championship. The Seattle Seahawks defeated the New England Patriots 29-13 to win their first NFL championship Sunday at Levi’s Stadium.

Lawrence played in his first Super Bowl game, while his wife, who is 37 weeks pregnant, was there to cheer for him. After he won the game, the Seahawks defensive end asked a reporter on the sidelines if his wife was in labor or not.

“Where’s my wife? She not in labor, right?,” he said.

His wife’s due date is any day now. However, DeMarcus Lawrence had already planned things for the situation if his wife went into labor on the big day. She brought her doctor along during the game. Broadcaster Kaylee Hartung shared the news during the game.

“She (Sasha) also brought her doctor along,” Hartung said. “DeMarcus and his teammates had some deep conversations about what they’ll do if his wife goes into labor during this game. His teammates said, ‘It’s not guaranteed you’ll make another Super Bowl, but you can have another baby.'”

“If she goes into labor, DeMarcus told me he will not be alerted,” she added. “That was Sasha’s choice, so he told her, ‘Whatever you got to do, this can’t happen today.'”

DeMarcus Lawrence has played his first season with the Seattle Seahawks and made it to the Super Bowl. He was with the Dallas Cowboys from 2014 to 2024.

DeMarcus Lawrence’s wife, Sasha, has been an avid supporter of the NFL star throughout this season. She attended the NFC Championship game against the Los Angeles Rams last month and later shared glimpses of her outing on her Instagram account.

“Only God could write this story. I am extremely happy for my husband… WHAT A DREAM!! through every high and low, God was faithful. 🙌🏽 Thank you to everyone who stayed in our corner. LAW FAMILIA IS SUPER BOWL BOUND,” she wrote.

Sasha Lawrence was joined by her kids for the outing. She shared a snap of her family on the first slide of the post, followed by a few more videos of the Seahawks’ celebration after the win. For the outing, she wore a black T-shirt paired with matching pants, and a blue jacket.

DeMarcus Lawrence and Sasha have been married since 2019, and the couple welcomed three kids together. Sasha also has two elder kids named Mariah and Kal El from her previous relationship.
