NBA star Kobe Bryant’s widow, Vanessa Bryant, shared her reaction to Bad Bunny’s performance at the Super Bowl halftime show. The Puerto Rican singer graced the stage during the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks game on Sunday. He created a small Puerto Rico set during his performance.

Vanessa Bryant, a proud Mexican and Latina, reacted to Bad Bunny’s performance by sharing a picture of him on her Instagram story. She reacted with a one-word message.

“Felicidades,” Bryant wrote.

Bad Bunny’s performance at the Super Bowl halftime show was the talk of the town since it was announced. In January 2026, just days after it was announced by the NFL, U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem reacted to it in a conversation with right-wing podcast host Benny Johnson.

“They suck, and we’ll win,” Noem said. “They won’t be able to sleep at night because they don’t know what they believe. And they’re so weak, we’ll fix it.”

Bad Bunny has received mixed reactions for his performance at the Super Bowl. The partners of NFL stars have also reacted to his show. Dillon Gabrie’s fiancée, Zo Caswell, reacted to it along with some others, including Ronika Stone, Stephanie Niles, Olivia Carter and NASCAR icon Bubba Wallace.

Donald Trump reacts to Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show

U.S. President Donald Trump also reacted to Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show. He was critical of it and shared a long message on his social media handle.

“The Super Bowl Halftime Show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst, EVER! It makes no sense, is an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn’t represent the standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence. Nobody understands a word this guy is saying, and the dancing is disgusting, especially for children from the USA and all over the world,” Trump wrote.

Fans have received a surprise at the Super Bowl. Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin also joined Bad Bunny to perform at the event, while some other celebrities spotted on his set were Jessica Alba, Cardi B, Karol G and Pedro Pascal.
