“I got two words for you, F**K YOU!”: Ernest Jones goes off during Seahawks Super Bowl parade over Sam Darnold and team facing heat

Ernest Jones fired up the crowd with an unfiltered message aimed at the critics of Sam Darnold and the rest of the team during the Seattle Seahawks’ Super Bowl LX championship parade. The linebacker turned head with the blunt declaration following the improbable title run.

As nearly a million fans packed in downtown Seattle to celebrate the 29-13 win over the New England Patriots, Jones took the mic and didn’t hold back. The linebacker rebuked anyone who had doubted the Seahawks on their way to the franchise’s first title in more than a decade.

“Shout out to Coach Mike McDonald for helping us get to this point,” Jones said. “But also, shout out to these badass motherfuckers who played this game the right way. Not only do we have the best defense in the world, we also have the best team in the world.

“And quite frankly, if you got anything to say for my quarterback, you got anything to say for my defense, you got anything to say for our own line, and you got anything to say about the city of Seattle, I got two words for you. F**k you!”

Jones’ speech captured the prevailing theme of the Super Bowl championship parade: fierce pride mixed with a sense of vindication. After failing to make the playoffs in 2024, fans and analysts overlooked the Seahawks ahead of the season, especially with Sam Darnold as quarterback.

Sam Darnold appreciates everyone who kept believing in him

Sam Darnold has been one of the defining stories of the 2025 NFL season. After capturing the Super Bowl, the quarterback took a moment in the championship parade to thank those who stood by him throughout the journey, including the Seattle Seahawks organization.

“I just want to say I’ve talked a lot this last week about belief,” Darnold said at the Seahawks’ parade on Wednesday. A lot of people didn’t believe in me but it didn’t matter because the ones that are close believed in me, including y’all. I appreciate y’all so much.

“That short list also includes Jody Allen, John Schneider, Mike Macdonald, I appreciate the belief y’all had in me, for signing me this past year. Last but certainly not least, these players, man, for believing in me. I wouldn’t be here without these guys.”

Sam Darnold began turning his NFL career around with the Minnesota Vikings last year after bouncing between four different teams during his first seven seasons. He reached an entirely new level of success this season in Seattle, cementing his legacy with the franchise.

New Orleans Saints star Cam Jordan trolled New York Giants quarterback Russell Wilson after he chose not to answer a question about the most important ring in his life.

During a recent First We Feast’s “Hot One Versus,” he sat across from his wife, Ciara, to take turns asking each other questions. If they couldn’t or didn’t want to answer, they had to take a bite out of a spicy chicken wing.

Ciara read a card asking the former Seattle Seahawks, Denver Broncos and Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback to choose between his wedding ring and Super Bowl XLVIII ring. Wilson took a couple of seconds before answering, but he declined to address the question.

Ciara: “Which ring is more important to you? Dang, your Super Bowl ring or your wedding ring?”

Wilson:” Y’all f***** up for that.”

Cam Jordan reacted to the clip on social media, explaining which ring would be the most important to him if he were in that situation.

“I ever get a SB ring, them 1st 365, SB. Lol then it’ll be the wedding ring that’s most important for the rest my life,” Jordan tweeted.

Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks cruised to a 43-8 win over the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl XLVIII. That game was a display of dominance from the NFC West team. They scored 36 unanswered points, while Wilson went 18 of 25 for 206 yards and two touchdowns.

As for Jordan, he is still trying to win that elusive Super Bowl ring.

Cam Jordan takes shot at Josh Allen after 2025 NFL playoff loss

Cam Jordan took a shot at Josh Allen when discussing which AFC star quarterback would play in the Super Bowl next. Besides Allen, Joe Burrow and Lamar Jackson were in the mix. Jordan said that Allen proved he can’t win the big games yet.

“He plays excellent during the season; he shows up, he is Superman, and at the same time, he can’t win those big games… But right now, I’m turning around and I’m looking at Lamar Jackson.”

Allen and the Bills lost to the Broncos in the divisional round. Just like Jordan, he’s still chasing that ring.
