The field features 72 players; however, the tournament has a cut after 36 holes, and only the top 50 and ties will head to the final two rounds over the weekend.
PGA Tour players competed in the 2026 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am last week. It was the first signature event of the season and had a purse of $20 million. However, the winner received $3.6 million in prize money, as the field featured 80 players and did not have a cut line.
This week’s event winner will take home a check of $4 million. Notably, last year, Ludvig Åberg won the tournament and will return to defend his title this year. Last year, the event also had a purse of $20 million.
