The LPGA will now head to the People’s Republic of China for the Blue Bay LPGA 2026. The fourth event of the season will be played from Thursday, March 5, to Sunday, March 8, at Jian Lake Blue Bay Golf Course on Hainan Island, Hainan.
The Blue Bay LPGA 2026 will not feature the top-ranked players, but the field will comprise some notable names. The field will feature the likes of Hye-Jin Choi, A Lim Kim, Ayaka Furue, Lindy Duncan, Auston Kim and local star Ruoning Yin.
Rio Takeda is the defending champion at Jian Lake Blue Bay GC. Last year, she posted a dominating six-stroke win over Minjee Lee for her second LPGA win. For the uninitiated, none of the players have successfully defended the title or won here more than once.
