Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey seemingly did not hold back while calling out his teammate Kyle Hamilton on social media.
On Monday, a tweet started circulating about how Hamilton only posts about other teams’ signings this offseason instead of his own. It was after he shared an IG story of the Las Vegas Raiders signing ex-Ravens center Tyler Linderbaum.
This raised questions about Hamilton’s loyalty and love for the Ravens.
“Sometimes I wonder if Kyle Hamilton hates the Ravens. Guy shares this and the likely signings but not a like, comment or share in relation to the Crosby or other Ravens news. Maybe I’m overreacting but it’s something I’ve noticed for a while now.”

Marlon Humphrey responded to this while seemingly agreeing with the sentiment.
“You’re not overreacting. He’s exactly who you t hink he is!! I know him personally..!” Humphrey wrote.
Both Marlon Humphrey and Kyle Hamilton have played together for the past four seasons. The Ravens drafted the two-time All-Pro safety with the 14th overall pick in 2022. Back in August, the team signed him to a four-year extension worth $100.4 million.
On the other hand, Humphrey has been with the franchise longer, drafted 16th overall in the 2017 NFL draft. In nine seasons, he has recorded 508 total tackles, seven sacks, 23 interceptions and 24 tackles for loss.
The Ravens are in the middle of a rebuild following an 8-9 campaign last season. Longtime coach John Harbaugh was fired after 18 seasons, marking the start of a new era for the franchise. Jesse Minter was brought in as his replacement.
Apart from this, the Raiders also bolstered their offseason with one of the biggest offseason trades. They gave up two first-round picks to the Las Vegas Raiders in exchange for star defensive end Maxx Crosby.

Ravens GM Eric DeCosta shares his thoughts on Marlon Humphrey’s contract extension
Back in 2020, Marlon Humphrey agreed to a five-year extension worth $97.5 million with the Baltimore Ravens. Since then, his contract has been restructured four times.
Last month, according to The Athletic’s Jeff Zrebiec, Ravens GM Eric DeCosta discussed the cornerback’s future with the franchise. He clarified that Humphrey will play for them this upcoming season, but did not provide many details about a possible new contract extension.
“DeCosta said he expects Marlon Humphrey to be a Raven this year and he doesn’t ‘necessarily’ neeed a contract adjustment. ‘I love Marlon.'” Zrebiec tweeted.
