Amanda Balionis reacted to NFL star Jake Elliott’s performance in this week’s game. The sports broadcaster is having downtime as the festive season is around the corner. With the completion of the PGA Tour 2025 season, she has been focused on the NFL games.

On Saturday, the Philadelphia Eagles played against the Washington Commanders. The highlight from the game, however, was the Eagles’ kicker Elliott’s struggle on the field.

The NFL star missed a field goal in the first half. Amanda Balionis shared a picture of her television screen on her Instagram account, and in the caption, she shared her support for him.

“Early contender for this week’s series of ‘Who Needs a Hug’ goes to Jake Elliott, brutal,” she wrote.

The Eagles, however, managed to win their game against the Washington Commanders 29–18. The defending Super Bowl champions are having a phenomenal season so far, and it was their tenth win. They are leading the NFC East standings ahead of the final two matchups of the season before the playoffs.

The Eagles had a fantastic start to their new season and won their first four matches in a row, but then lost two in a row. They then again won four in a row, but then lost three straight games. In Week 15, they defeated the Las Vegas Raiders and followed that with another victory this week. They will next play against the Buffalo Bills.
