Real Reason Why Roman Reigns Won Royal Rumble
Brooks Koepka opened up about joining the PGA Tour after LIV Golf exit. The American golfer has surprised fans by announcing that he would leave the Saudi league last month, and earlier this month, he joined the PGA Tour through the “returning member program.”
He played his first event after the return at the Farmers Insurance Open but struggled with his game. He settled into a tie for 56th place. After the wrap of the game on Sunday, he shared a post on his Instagram account, reflecting on his outing.
“Felt good to be out there grinding. Appreciate the support, more to come,” he wrote.
Brooks Koepka had a tough start to his game at the Farmers Insurance Open with an opening round of 73. However, he quickly bounced back after playing the second round of 68. He then played the next two rounds of 73 and 70 and finished in a tie for 56th place.
Meanwhile, Justin Rose won the event after playing the four rounds of 62, 65, 68, and 70. He earned $1.7 million in prize money along with 500 FedEx Cup points.
Brooks Koepka opens up about the changes on the PGA Tour

Brooks Koepka was one of the earliest joiners on the LIV Golf. He played four seasons in the Saudi league before returning to play on the PGA Tour. He opened up about his game and talked about changes on the Tour in four years.
“Obviously the biggest change is I feel like I probably don’t know about half the guys,” he said. “The last four years has been a good bit of turnover. Yeah, that’s the one thing I’ve taken away. Half the guys I do know, the other half I don’t. It will be a fun year just getting to know everybody, and excited.
“…..It will be good. I enjoy next week. I love the chaos, I think it’s fun. Yeah, it’s been, what, four years since I’ve been back so I’m excited to get back out there to a place I’m familiar with, comfortable with and a place I love,” he added.
Notably, Patrick Reed has also exited from the LIV Golf ahead of the start of its new season. The new season of the Saudi league will start next week in Riyadh. Meanwhile, Koepka will tee off this week at the WM Phoenix Open.
Last season on the LIV Golf, Brooks Koepka had some notable finishes. He was the runner-up at the Singapore event, settled in T7 in Adelaide, T32 in Andalucia, and T29 in the Chicago events. He also played in the majors last year but struggled with his game. He missed the cut in three and tied for 12th at the US Open.
