New England Patriots receiver Stefon Diggs reportedly has six children from as many women. Four of them, including his son with rapper and current girlfriend Cardi B, were born within a few months last year, according to the US Sun.

According to an insider for the newspaper, Cardi B is attempting to rehabilitate his off-field image.

“Cardi has known since day one that Stefon had a reputation as a womanizer and had seen multiple women in the past, but her love for him is above all of that. She knows he has been faithful since they made things official and that he’s been transparent about his previous relationships, only seeing her since they committed to each other.”

The insider also said she gave him a stern warning.

“She’s been very clear with Stefon: if he messes up, if another woman comes forward with a baby after they became official and started a family together, she’s done. She told him plainly that if he cheats or has a child behind her back, it’s over.”

Diggs and Cardi B made their relationship official in June. She welcomed their first kid together in November.

Cardi B loves Stefon Diggs as a fellow parent, says insider

The same insider also told the US Sun that Stefon Diggs’ role as a father to his children has garnered praise from Cardi B:

“She loves that he’s not a deadbeat dad. She believes he’s a present, loving, and supportive father. She sees his children as an extension of the family and enjoys when they’re all together. … She doesn’t judge — she just wants everyone, especially the kids, to be happy and grow up in a stable, healthy environment.”

According to the US Sun, Diggs welcomed a daughter, Charliee Harper, with Aileen Lopera in April 2025, a son with K’yanna Barber in 2025, and a daughter with Cayy Benji sometime last year.

Diggs has another off-field issue to face five days after Super Bowl LX: an arraignment in relation to an alleged assault of his then-personal chef in December 2025.
