Charley Hull got some free time after the Grant Thornton Invitational ended, but the fitness freak in her did not let her relax for long. Despite the 2026 season being weeks away, the LPGA Tour pro recently resorted to a “winter grind” at her home gym.

On Tuesday, December 23, Hull posted a clip on her Instagram story as she was seen working out. The 29-year-old wore a white hoodie while her physiotherapist, Louise Aylwin, recorded the video. Charley Hull went into the details of her workout in the caption that read:

“Winter grind at my home gym. Thank you so much Louise for coming up. We done a great Pilates session, some gym work, working on my running technique for my ankle coming back from injury & also a good flush with loads of needles @louiseaywin.”

Charley Hull’s last outing at the Grant Thornton Invitational ended with a T2 finish. She paired up with PGA Tour pro Michael Brennan for the mixed-team event at Tiburon Golf Club and fell three strokes short of the victory.

Also, the professional golfer recently revealed the main reason why her fitness routines never took a backseat.

Charley Hull reveals her love for working out and not knowing “how to chill”

Last month, Hull sat down for an interview with the Golf Channel, where she discussed her habits. When the 2025 Kroger Queen City champion was asked about her discipline, Hull provided some insights into her mentality.

Charley Hull said in the interview that she loved working out, while talking about her motive behind getting into fitness sessions.

“I just love working. I don’t know how to actually chill. I love practicing, I love playing. I love waking up every morning thinking I’m better today than I was yesterday, just in myself,” she said.

“It makes me feel wonderful. I feel fit, I feel good, and if I have a bad day on the golf course, going to smash out a gym session or go for a run just makes you feel instantly better,” she added.

Ahead of the 2025 PIF Saudi Ladies International, Charley Hull said she had zero interest in training for golf and was more inclined to be an athlete. The English golfer added that she trained due to its positive impact on her mental health.
