NFL analyst Colin Cowherd’s daughter, Liv Cowherd, posted a recap from her holiday in Oregon. The Instagram stories on Tuesday started with a mirror selfie, wearing an all-black outfit while holding a cup of coffee.
Other pictures captured the holiday week surrounded by nature, including forests, tall pine trees and a river.

Some snaps focused on moments inside the house, like bread and pastries on the counter, desserts topped with strawberries and a fireplace.

Outdoor shots included walks through green landscapes and pictures of shared meals and drinks.

One photo showed friends and family hanging out in the kitchen, smiling with food and drinks in hand.
Family members included Cowherd’s mother, Kimberly Ann Vadala, and his brother, Jackson.

Cowherd captioned one tree photo, “Redwood in the backyard.”
“Redwood” has recently been used often in pop culture after Travis Kelce’s fiancée, Taylor Swift, released her song “Wood.” It’s from her “The Life of a Showgirl” album, released on Oct. 3.
Cowherd called the photos a “Holiday week recap.”

Liv Cowherd also posted a picture from a gym in the same Instagram recap.
“When your mom teaches at a gym so you leave the week in better shape than how you came,” Cowherd wrote.
The post hinted that workouts were part of the getaway, not just rest and enjoying the scenery.

Liv’s mom, Kimberly Ann Vadala, is a former fitness model. She was married to sports media personality Colin Cowherd from 1996 to 2007.
Liv graduated from Arizona State University, where she majored in sustainability and global studies. She is working as a program director and human resources coordinator for the Blacklight Group in Nashville.
