New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson publicly shut down an NFL social media aggregator after it posted what he labeled as false information about his personal life.
On Friday, the X account “Dov Kleiman” claimed Wilson had flown overseas on a private jet with his girlfriend, Shay Holle, and purchased a $2.5 million Ferrari Daytona SP3. The account also posted photos of the WR and Holle.
“𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚: Jets star WR Garrett Wilson is enjoying his off-season flying on a Private Jet across the world with his girlfriend Shay Holle. He also purchased a $2.5 million Ferrari Daytona SP3. Wilson is winning on and off the field 😈,” Kleiman tweeted.

Wilson is coming off the most frustrating season of his NFL career. Injuries limited him to eight games in the 2025 season, where he recorded 36 receptions for 395 yards and four touchdowns. Despite the limited production, his yardage total still led the Jets.
Jets projected to reunite Garrett Wilson with Ohio State WR Carnell Tate in 2026 NFL draft
The New York Jets could recreate an Ohio State connection in the 2026 NFL draft. In his “Mock Draft 1.0,” NFL Network’s Daniel Jeremiah projects the Jets to select OSU wide receiver Carnell Tate with the No. 16 overall pick, pairing him with former Buckeyes star Wilson.
“This would be a value pick,” Jeremiah said. “We see talented receivers go in this area of the draft year after year. The Jets pair former Ohio State star Garrett Wilson with a fellow Buckeye.”
Ohio State’s reputation as “WRU” continues to hold weight at the NFL level, and Wilson’s production backs it up. He has posted 80-plus receptions and 1,000 yards in three of his first four NFL seasons. What the Jets lack is a consistent second option to ease defensive pressure on him.
Tate appears ready for that role. Over 39 games at Ohio State, he recorded 121 receptions for 1,872 yards and 14 touchdowns, showing steady year-over-year growth.
Jeremiah noted Tate is ranked fourth overall on the 2026 consensus big board. He is commonly mocked inside the top five, making a slide to No. 16 a major steal. In Jeremiah’s scenario, the Jets also land Ohio State defender Arvell Reese at No. 2.
