Tiger Woods is gearing up to play in the TGL Finals Match 2. The American golfer confirmed after Match 1 of the TGL series final that he would be joining the second day lineup.

The TGL Match 2 is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, March 24, at the SoFi Centre. Players will start the game at 7 pm ET. Fans can watch it on ESPN2. The tickets for the TGL game are available on Ticketmaster, ranging from around $226 to $800+.

Tiger Woods’ team had a tough time on the simulator in TGL Final Match 1 against Los Angeles GC. They are now looking forward to the Day 2 game. Notably, the TGL finals are a best-of-three series.

If Jupiter Links GC wins the second game on Tuesday, a Match 3 will follow to determine the winner. However, if Los Angeles GC wins Match 2 on Tuesday, they will win the championship.

Tiger Woods had been away from the game for a while. He played in the first season of the TGL, but this year he only cheered for his team from the sidelines. Initially, Akshay Bhatia played for Jupiter Links GC. However, he is committed to play at the Hero Indian Open this week.

On Monday, Kevin Kisner joined the team. Max Homa played alongside Kisner and Tom Kim.

Tiger Woods opens up about his team’s performance in TGL Match 1

Tiger Woods opened up about his team, Jupiter Links GC’s performance in the TGL Match 1 against Los Angeles GC. In the post-round press conference, he talked about his team.

“I feel bad for them,” Woods said. “As a team, we were together in this, all of us together, and it was close. We had our opportunities; they had their opportunities. We could have flipped in the middle of that back nine, and it came down to the last hole. We’ve been there before.

“We were in a playoff once, and this was damn near there. Unfortunately, it didn’t happen, but we have possibly two more matches. We’re not out of this. Even with a loss we’re still not out of it,” he added.

Notably, Tiger Woods is also likely to play at the Masters 2026. Last week, the Masters updated players’ bios on its official website, and in Woods’ bio, it is mentioned that he is set to play in the major event next month.

However, the 15-time major winner has not confirmed his participation in the Masters. Woods, who has won the Masters five times in his career, has a lifetime exemption to play in the major. It would be interesting to see how things will unfold for him.
