Drake Maye’s New England Patriots will face the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl 60 on Sunday. While Maye has enjoyed a stellar 2025 season so far, Patriots insider Mike Reiss has raised some concerns about the QB’s shoulder issues heading into the big game.
On Saturday, Reiss appeared on the “Dudes on Dudes” podcast with former Patriots legends Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman to share an update on Maye’s shoulder.
“So, I haven’t seen anything, which makes me a little uneasy,” Reiss said when asked if he had an update on Maye’s shoulder (23:03). “Because usually, we go to practice and see it … the arm, he didn’t throw. So they were resting him last week.”

On Wednesday, Maye was a full participant in practice and said he was feeling great ahead of the big game.
