Aaron Rodgers didn’t mince words on his post-retirement plans. The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback hasn’t made a decision on his future yet, but he has already drawn up a plan to try to stay fit when he is no longer on an NFL roster.

During a Wednesday appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show,” the four-time NFL MVP touched on multiple topics. One of them included how he planned to take care of his body once his career was over and he didn’t have to stay at the best possible shape.

McAfee: “You will be a guy that will work out for the rest of your life. Or is this a part of your process still on? What’s next for you as a football player, as a human?”

Rodgers explained that he could take McAfee’s route, noting that it is harder to stay fit with age. He also dropped a bombshell that included his mysterious wife.

Rodgers: “Probably somewhere between you and AJ, I would say maybe closer to you. I know you got a good workout schedule. AJ, is like, 5am on the Versa climber in there. You know, I’m not doing that, but, no, I’m trying to stay fit. I mean, it’s harder when you get older…

“Now, 42 just to stay in shape, you got to, you got to, kind of always be doubted on the diet and sleep and workouts. If you want to look the right way, want to look good. I want my wife to want to f*ck me all the time.”

Aaron Rodgers sends strong message to people rushing him to make a decision

Pat McAfee asked Aaron Rodgers about whether he would be interested in reuniting with Mike McCarthy in Pittsburgh. Despite the former punter’s attempts to get anything from Rodgers, he made it clear he wouldn’t announce anything today.

Aaron: “Well, I want to say that anybody on here who’s expecting me to make some big decision, just shut up. Just just turn it off now. Just Just leave.”

The Steelers replaced Mike Tomlin with McCarthy this offseason. They have plenty of questions to answer, and Rodgers’ future is at the top.
