Jared Goff and the Detroit Lions had a disappointing season and missed the playoffs with a 9-8 record. The Lions have already made changes to the coaching staff on the offensive side of the ball and will look forward to getting back to the top of the NFC North again next season.
On Tuesday, Jared Goff’s wife, Christen Harper, showed off her flexibility as she participated in a workout class. The Sports Illustrated model wore a long-sleeved black top with matching black, body shaping leggings as she stretched on the workout mat.

Christen Harper and Jared Goff welcomed their first child, daughter Romy, in July. Since then, the new mom has shared her motherhood journey in clips and photos on Instagram.

Jared Goff’s wife, Christen, documented daughter Romy’s first Lions game
Since welcoming their daughter Romy last summer, Christen Harper and Jared Goff have kept their daughter’s appearance on social media to a minimum. The couple’s decision is to preserve their baby daughter’s privacy at such a young age.
Early in the 2025 NFL season though, the couple proudly showed Romy Goff’s first trip to Ford Field to watch her dad and the Detroit Lions. Christen Harper shared the photos in a carousel on Instagram.
Goff can be seen greeting his wife and daughter on the sidelines during pregame warmups. Their daughter wore her dad’s No. 16 Detroit Lions jersey along with white pants and a matching light blue bow headband in her hair. In another photo she can be seen wearing football socks and holding a football rattle.
“Romy knows ball 🏈” Christen captioned the post.
Christen Harper also wore a white Detroit LIons jersey that she paired with light washed jeans. The family of three posed for photos marking their daughter’s first NFL game.
