Buffalo Bill defensive end Joey Bosa’s fiancée Amanda Kassdikian hit a personal milestone.

She shared a picture of her progress, which showed health benefits Kassdikian has seen since quitting vaping and nicotine.

Posted on Instagram Story on Sunday, Bosa’s fiancée shared a screenshot of a health-tracking app, which confirmed that she is one full year vape- and nicotine-free.

At the top of the graphic, a large gold “12” badge signified 12 months completed.

Quitting nicotine also led to a 50% drop in her heart risk.

Plus, there were improvements in her “lung health, breathing, energy levels and sensory sharpness.”

Circular indicators showed 100% progress for lungs, heart, and brain.

Other progress metric included $3,096-worth of saved money.

This came after 29-year-old Amanda Kassdikian showed love to Bills DE after the team lost 33-30 to the Denver Broncos in the AFC divisional round of the playoffs on Jan. 17.

Posting several pictures from the 2025 NFL season, which includes locking lips with Bosa, Kassdikian wrote:

“I ❤️ you Buffalo, thanks for the memories.”

Joey Bosa’s brother, 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa’s girlfriend, Ella Ailiff reacted in the comments section.

“❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍,” Ailiff replied.

While Joey Bosa’s postseason run ended in the AFC Divisional Round, Nick Bosa and the 49ers were also eliminated on Jan. 17, falling 41-6 to the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC Divisional Round.

Joey entered the league in 2016, drafted by then-San Diego Chargers. Meanwhile, Nick was by the San Francisco 49ers in 2019.

The brothers are the sons of former Miami Dolphins defensive end John Bosa, who played in the NFL from 1987 to 1989.

Cheryl Bosa was in awe of her future daughter-in-law, Amanda Kassdikian’s stylish outfit on Sept. 15.

Kassdikian wore an oversized brown sweater and short blue denim skirt with brown belt cinching the waist.

She paired it with tall brown suede boots.

“Little NYC moment 🤎,” Kassdikian’s caption read.

Cheryl commented:

“My beautiful girl!”
