Josh Allen’s wife, Hailee Steinfeld, couldn’t attend her husband’s wild-card game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. The Hollywood star had commitments at the 2026 Golden Globes ceremony that made it impossible for her to attend both events.
While Allen took on Trevor Lawrence and Co. at EverBank Stadium, Steinfeld prepared for one of the biggest nights in showbiz of the year. During the latest issue of Steinfield’s newsletter, “Beau Society,” the “Sinners” star shared details of how she prepared for her big night while also keeping tabs on Allen’s game.
Steinfeld revealed her team did everything to glam her up and make sure she didn’t burn herself while watching the game.
“The day of the Globes, something exciting was on TV that I’m sure you were all watching…kickoff just happened to be at the same time as glam, so I was a little (lot) distracted. Luckily, my glam team is incredible at what they do and worked around my constant movement. Andrew warned me every time an iron was close to my face, so I didn’t accidentally burn myself.

“Ash waited for a commercial break to do my eyeliner. I don’t know how Tom painted my nails with my hands flying around, but he got it done. Dream team.”
The Buffalo Bills entered the fourth quarter trailing the JAGS 17-13. The picture didn’t look favorable, but then the magic happened. A Josh Allen 15-yard touchdown pass to Dalton Kincaid gave the Bills the 20-17 lead with 8:56 left. Jacksonville reclaimed the league with a 14-yard touchdown from Travis Etienne Jr. at 4:03. Allen had the final word with a one-yard touchdown with 1:04 left.
The Jaguars had the last drive, but Lawrence was picked off by Cole Bishop to end the game.
Josh Allen reacts to wife Hailee Steinfeld’s past posts cheering for the Broncos
Long before she married Josh Allen, Hailee Steinfeld watched Peyton Manning’s final NFL game live. Old posts from the actress, where she cheered for the Denver Broncos, resurfaced on social media. Allen was asked about those posts by CBS Sports’ Tracy Wolfson. The 2024 NFL MVP opted not to bring it up at home.
It seems as though Steinfeld will be happy regardless of today’s result.
