“This week, I was sitting on the couch in my family room, and the reality that our little family is about to grow really started to settle in,” she wrote. “I have been busy with research and the general life reorganization that happens when you are about to have a baby. But the most profound and grounding part of getting ready for this baby has been the introspective side of it.”
Steinfeld said she imagines sweet moments with Josh Allen and their baby, all cuddling together in the nursery.
The “Sinners” star added that she is in the “nesting phase.”

Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld announced the pregnancy news on Dec. 12, seven months after they got married in California.
After the Bills won against Patriots on Dec. 14, Allen joked was not “crazy” to him because he had “known for a long time.”
However, he appreciated the love the couple gor from teammates and friends.
Steinfeld debuted her baby bump at Golden Globes on Jan. 11 in a Prada peach silk chiffon gown.

In her Feb. 6 newsletter, Beau Society, Hailee Steinfeld addressed a reader’s question about sustaining “an intentional relationship while both of you are so busy.”
“There’s an easy answer in my brain,” Steinfeld wrote. “I don’t want it to seem cliché, but we focus on being truly present with each other. More specifically, we’re big on weekly date nights and going no-phones for an hour at the end of the day.”
Her comments arrived after the Bills suffered a playoff heartbreak.
The team was eliminated in the AFC divisional round on Jan. 17 after losing 33-30 in overtime to the Broncos.
2025 season was Allen’s eighth year in the NFL.
