Daniel Jones tells Pat McAfee he’s excited to sign extension with Colts

Daniel Jones appeared on “The Pat McAfee Show” on March 11 and expressed his excitement about signing a two-year, $88 million contract to remain with the Indianapolis Colts.
“For sure, I wanted to be back, and I’m glad we got it figured out,” Jones said. “The transition tag, that whole process was interesting, but I always wanted to be here, and had faith it would work out. Definitely appreciative, grateful, and fired up to be here.”
Jones signed with the Colts on a one-year, $14 million deal with the team in the 2025 offseason. The QB completed 68% of his passes for 3,101 yards, 19 touchdowns, and eight interceptions across 13 games in his first year in Indianapolis before suffering a season-ending Achilles injury in Week 14.
