Paige Spiranac Is Asking For Help With Her Golf Course Outfit

Golf influencer Paige Spiranac isn’t waiting for the PGA Tour’s season to start to turn heads on social media.

Spiranac, who has 5.8 million followers combined on Instagram and TikTok, played Division I golf at the University of Arizona and San Diego State University. She was on the Cactus Tour and participated in an LPGA qualifier before walking away from pro competition.

“So I have a really toxic love-hate relationship with the game of golf. And I have talked about this ad nauseam. It was one of the reasons why I stopped playing golf professionally,” Spiranac said. “I just could never get over the golf course anxiety. And I would just feel that my mind always won, and I was weak and I could just never overcome that feeling. There’s also something about the game of golf that makes you addicted to it but also makes you feel like the most worthless human being ever when you have a bad round. I’ve been working with a therapist on this. I love golf so much, but sometimes, I just can’t break through. It eats at me, and I know so many others can relate to this.”

The good news for Spiranac is her transition to full-time social media content ended up being the best thing possible for her career. Fans adore her golf tips, yearly calendars and holiday photo shoots.

Three months ago, Spiranac asked her fans to pick out her golf outfit. Her video went viral, receiving over 55,000 likes and countless comments. Fast forward to this Wednesday, and she once again let her fans choose her attire on the golf course.

Spiranac posted a video on Instagram along with this caption: “Which golf outfit is your favorite?”

Unsurprisingly, Spiranac’s followers were more than happy to answer her question.

“Is there an option for all of the above,” one fan replied.

“The plaid skirt outfits are top notch,” a second fan said.

“I loved all of them,” another Instagram user wrote.

Spiranac has dealt with harsh critics.

Don’t let all the love Spiranac’s receiving this Thursday fool you, there are plenty of people who have sent her incredibly rude messages on social media.

Spiranac didn’t really get a ton of hate until she participated in The Internet Invitational, a golf event hosted by Barstool Sports and Bob Does Sports. She was accused of stomping around her ball in some tall grass.

“The last week and a half is probably the worst hate I’ve ever received in the ten years of me doing this,” Spiranac said. “I’m talking tens of thousands of death threats, people telling me to kill myself, the most vile, horrendous stuff you could ever say to an individual, that’s been in my DMs to the point where we were discussing me having to potentially get a restraining order. I mean, it’s serious stuff. It’s not easy, and it hasn’t been easy.”

Hopefully, Spiranac receives a bit more appreciation from her fans in 2026.
