NEW YORK — The VIP suites and luxury seats are always packed with celebrities during the US Open’s final weekend. But when world No. 2 Carlos Alcaraz and defending champion Jannik Sinner face off in a championship match, the star power hits another level.

This year’s men’s final marked the third straight Grand Slam title showdown between Alcaraz and Sinner. Alcaraz rallied for a five-set win at Roland Garros, while Sinner struck back with a dominant victory at Wimbledon. On Sunday, all eyes were on Flushing Meadows to see how the trilogy would play out.

Among the biggest names in attendance: U.S. President Donald Trump, who watched from Rolex’s suite at Arthur Ashe Stadium alongside members of his inner circle. He wasn’t the only headline guest, though—Bruce Springsteen, Stephen Curry, Anna Wintour and plenty more joined the crowd of tennis fans for the spectacle.
