The second round of the 2026 Puerto Rico Open is scheduled to take place on Friday, March 6. It is a regular PGA Tour event running in parallel with the Arnold Palmer Invitational. The tournament kicked off on Thursday, March 5, with the opening round. Chandler Blanchet took the lead in the game.

On Friday, the game will start at 5:45 a.m. ET. Players will tee off at the Puerto Rico Open in groups of three on the first and tenth holes. On the first tee, Robert Streb will take the first shot in a group with Martin Laird and Henrik Norlander, while on the tenth, Nick Dunlap will tee off in a group with James Hahn and Kevin Streelman.

On Thursday, Blanchet started the game at the Puerto Rico Open on the tenth hole. He made a bogey on the tenth followed by a birdie on the 11th. He then carded five birdies on the front nine, followed by four birdies on the back nine for 8-under 64. He took a one-stroke lead in the game.
