Maxx Crosby is expanding his portfolio as the defensive end’s future in Las Vegas hangs in the balance. The five-time Pro Bowler has been linked with multiple teams throughout the offseason.
Amid all the drama, the Las Vegas Raiders defensive end has joined the ownership group of Leeds United F.C. as a minority shareholder. Crosby announced the partnership on Friday via Instagram.

Leeds United is a soccer club that competes in the Premier League and is valued at $800 million by Forbes. Crosby isn’t the only member of the Raiders’ organization to have bought minority shares in a soccer club. The franchise’s part-owner, Tom Brady, is also a minority shareholder of Birmingham City FC, which competes in the EFL Championship.
The deal has sparked rumors that Crosby is heading to the San Francisco 49ers, as Leeds United is owned by 49ers Enterprises, the investment arm of the San Francisco 49ers, as per talkSPORT. However, the business relationship is unlikely to have any major impact on the DE’s future destination.

NFL insider reveals Maxx Crosby’s potential trade value
Following a disappointing 3–14 finish in the 2025 season, Maxx Crosby has emerged as a potential target for teams across the league. In 2025, he posted 73 tackles, 10 sacks and 28 tackles for loss.
He was sidelined for the final two games due to injury and was reportedly unhappy with that decision. It led to speculation about tension with the organization and the possibility of an offseason trade.
During his appearance on Friday on “98.5 The Sports Hub,” NFL insider Albert Breer shared his thoughts on Crosby’s potential trade price.
“Probably a first-rounder and something else,” Breer said via The Conway Bulletin. “I don’t know if it would rise to a level of two first rounders because, when you talk about guys who’ve been moved at that position for that sort of price.
“We’re talking about, you know, that’s what Khalik Mack, like 24-25 years old. That was Micah Parsons last year. So, I don’t think he cost you two first-round picks. I mean, maybe a first and something else.”
Crosby has spent his entire NFL career with the Raiders after being picked No. 106 in the 2019 draft. Across seven seasons, he has totaled 439 tackles, 69.5 sacks and 133 tackles for loss.
