Si Woo Kim issues immediate response to fresh claims he will sign for LIV Golf

LIV Golf are continuing to push for new signings with Si Woo Kim once again rumoured to be among the players they want to sign.

Kim himself has already moved to deny these rumours in the last few weeks but even with that rebuke, there is still talk of LIV not giving up.

Indeed, fresh claims this weekend have said LIV are back in talks with Kim and others, with big money apparently being put on the table to try and tempt players into signing.

What will be the impact of joining LIV on Si Woo Kim’s career?

However, just like with the previous reports around Kim, the man himself has come out to give his own version of events.

Si Woo Kim rubbishes LIV Golf rumours once again

While it’s clear there is something in LIV’s pursuit of Kim and other golfers on the PGA Tour, what’s also becoming obvious is that Kim himself wants nothing to do with it.

Taking to his personal Instagram account on Sunday evening, Kim has moved to once again show where his 2026 season will take place.

And once again, it’s not good news for LIV.

Kim simply wrote ‘I will be playing on PGA Tour’ as he posted a story on the social media platform.

With Max Greyserman and Ben An yet to come out and deny similar rumours, it remains to be seen if LIV can indeed get these deals done.

LIV Golf developing a worrying trend

There is an obvious benefit for LIV in trying to sign the Korean players and build a franchise around that market.

However, there are also big problems for them at the moment as well and this just further shows it.

Kim’s clear denial – for a second time in two weeks – shows that whatever LIV are offering, it’s not enough to convince him to make the move.

Furthermore, the idea that signing someone like Max Greyserman is going to be a game-changer is also quite ridiculous.

After making huge splashes with big signings in the first few years, it appears LIV are now hitting major stumbling blocks and ultimately, it’s showing it’s not all about money for everyone.
