Gymnast Simone Biles headed to Italy with her husband, Jonathan Owens, to attend the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan-Cortina. On Thursday, she offered a recap of her trip.

Biles, who competed in three Olympic Games and won seven gold medals in her career, shared that it was her first Olympics as a spectator. She recapped her journey in Milan, Italy, and penned a sweet caption reflecting on her experience.

“First Olympics as a spectator! 💃🏾🎉🇮🇹 I’ve lived it as a competitor — this time I got to witness it. Huge congrats to every athlete who showed up & gave their all! And to those who walked away feeling like it wasn’t your best — you are still elite, still worthy, and your story isn’t finished,” she wrote.

Simone Biles added a snap with her husband in the first slide of the post. He posed beside her, wearing a jacket supporting Team USA. Owens wore a blue oversized jacket with “Team USA” printed on it and paired it with white pants. Meanwhile, Biles opted for a white oversized jacket with the Olympic rings printed on it and paired it with white pants.

She added several pictures of them rooting for Team USA. In the sixth slide, Biles shared a picture of herself in a long brown coat. She posed beside her husband, who wore a gray jacket and matching pants.

Jonathan Owens offers a recap of the 2025 season

Jonathan Owens caught people’s attention on social media earlier this month. On Feb. 17, he shared a slew of photos of himself from the last NFL season, along with a caption reflecting on his journey.

“Took a while to process man, but what a year, definitely the most fun I’ve had playing football in a long time. Don’t know what the future holds but our time in Chicago will forever hold a special place in our heart. The love from the city is UNMATCHED, from the food to the fans 🤞🏽Still surreal to say i just finished my 8th season, hard work pays off man. Back in the lab soon,” he wrote.

Owens added a picture of himself in a Chicago Bears jersey in the first slide of the post. It was followed by a picture of him with Biles. The couple shared a kiss on the sidelines. He also added several solo snaps and pictures from the locker room.
