Former Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce’s wife, Kylie Kelce, opened up about her plans for breast enhancement surgery on her podcast. In the latest episode of the “Not Gonna Lie” podcast on Thursday, she had an honest conversation with her college friends and bridesmaids.

During their discussion, Kylie mentioned possibly having surgery. She initially showed her friends a video of a woman’s friends reacting to her breast enhancement.

Kylie asked her friends if they would have the same reaction if she were to have the surgery. She also talked about having the procedure done.

“To be clear, there is a rough plan,” she said (Timestamp:24:20). “Eventually, I will put my boobs back where they belong because of four kids. That’s all I have to say about that. …

“They’re having a party where she then reveals — really, my plan is we were gonna end up doing this. I already know that. I wanna be clear, you were in whether you wanted to be in or not.”

Kylie Kelce has four kids with her husband, Jason Kelce. The couple welcomed their youngest daughter, Finnley “Finn” Anne Kelce, last year. The couple got married in 2018 and, a year later, were blessed with their first daughter, Wyatt Elizabeth.

Their second daughter, Elliotte Ray, was born in March 2021, and in 2023, they were blessed with their third child, Bennett.

Kylie and Jason Kelce watched the Unrivaled basketball game and offered a glimpse of the outing on Instagram on Feb. 2. Kylie posted several photos with a sweet caption.

“Friday’s @unrivaledbasketball in Philly was pure magic. @thephiladelphiasisters helped give the city exactly what we needed. It was an incredible night of homecomings, breaking records, and delicious beverages. I hope all of these women remember what it felt like to play in Philly and consider coming back for a much longer stay in 2030. 👀👀 (yes, I was actively recruiting),” she wrote.
