California Governor Gavin Newsom has revealed details of a private talk he once had with President Donald Trump in his book “Young Man in a Hurry: A Memoir of Discovery.”
The story is about Trump’s daughter, Ivanka Trump and Tom Brady.
In his book, which released on Tuesday, Newsom recalled a flight journey in 2018. He and Trump were flying over parts of California that were damaged by wildfires. While they were talking about fixing the damage, Trump allegedly spilled the beans.
Trump said he once tried to set up Tom Brady, who was single at that time, with his daughter Ivanka.

According to Newsom, Trump said Brady asked for Ivanka’s phone number and he gave it to him. But when Brady called her, she did not call back.
Newsom wrote that Brady later told Trump about it.
Newsom added that Trump later asked Ivanka why she did not return Brady’s call.
“I said, ‘Jesus, you know, Tom Brady. What the hell is going on? Why aren’t you calling this guy back?’ And she tells me, ‘Oh, I’m in love.’ ‘What do you mean you’re in love?’ And that’s when she mentions, this guy,” Trump said, pointing at his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, as per Newsom.
Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner got married on Oct. 25, 2009 and share three children together.
Meanwhile, Tom Brady got married to supermodel Gisele Bündchen on Feb. 26, 2009. They filed for divorce in October 2022.
