Malik Nabers is enjoying Jaxson Dart’s brilliance in his rookie season. The quarterback has been a bright spot for the team this year, despite the New York Giants sitting at the bottom of the NFC East.

The wide receiver shared a hilarious clip from the “The Boo Crew” show on his Instagram story on Tuesday.

“Jaxson Dart leaving his house to go to practice this season,” Nabers wrote.

The kid character named “DJ” was getting ready to go to school and told his father that he was “darting off” to pursue his educational prowess. DJ’s father reminded him to avoid “dilly-dallying,” as he’ll be home late since it’s his bridge night. As soon as he stepped out, he started talking like a DJ.

Dart replaced Russell Wilson at the Giants’ QB1. The hilarious clip drew a comparison between the split personalities Dart might have to put up with. He is just 22 years old but already the team’s offensive leader.

Nabers’ season-ending ACL tear on Sept. 28 against the Chargers deprived Dart of his top receiving weapon. The wide receiver recorded 271 receiving yards and two touchdowns through four games.

Jaxson Dart’s performance this season

Jaxson Dart has completed 128 of 204 passes for 1,417 yards, 10 touchdowns and three interceptions through nine games and seven starts,. His 93.5 passer rating ranks among the top NFL starters. Dart has added 317 rushing yards and seven rushing touchdowns, showcasing his dual-threat capability.

Dart led the Giants to their first victory of the season against the Chargers in his debut as a starter on Sept. 28. He went 13 of 20 passes for 111 yards and one touchdown, while recording 10 carries for 54 yards and one rushing touchdown.

He also played well in the 34-17 victory over the Eagles in Week 6. However, New York (2-8) has failed to win since, and the team will face the Packers, Lions and the Patriots in the coming weeks.
